Go to Add-Ins > TeleMessage > Options > SMS Settings. Choose whether you’d like to send IP messages only, SMS messages only or a combination of both.

This differs in different versions of Outlook. In 2010 you need to go to File >Add-Ins > Select ‘Disabled Items’ in the ‘Manage’ drop-down menu > Click ‘Go’ > Select the TeleMessage Plug-in > Click “Enable” > Click ‘Ok’.

Go to Add-Ins > TeleMessage > Options > SMS Settings.

Make sure to set both fields to 10.
